Sunday: 30 minute run/walk

Monday: 45 minutes run/walk and 40 minute walk during lunch

Tuesday: 40 minute power walk/jog during lunch

Wednesday: 60 minute treadmill

Thursday: off

Friday: 40 minute treadmill walk/run and 15 minute elliptical, level 10

Saturday: off

235 minutes of exercise (and yes, I’m counting my walks and runs on my lunches!)

I just had an awesome workout this morning, too! I’m really, really getting into morning workouts at the crack of dawn! 🙂

    That looks like a perfect week of workouts. I love that you incorporate two “off” days. Resting is so important, and a lot of times its forgotten. 😉

    I love morning workouts too…it’s such a great way to start the day! 😀
